Yes. Upgrade or downgrade directly from your Billing area, via Stripe. The change is immediate and you always keep your data and history.

Q.02Do you offer a trial period?

Yes. The Team (7 days) and Growth (14 days) plans include a free trial period, with no commitment. The Scale plan is custom: contact us for a personalized demo based on your use cases.

Q.03How does billing work?

Displayed prices exclude VAT. Secure payment via Stripe (card or bank transfer). Monthly or annual billing, your choice. View and download your invoices from your Billing area, and manage your payment methods via the Stripe portal.

Q.04What happens if I exceed my contract limit?

You're notified by email as soon as you reach 80% of your quota. You can upgrade at any time from your account. No surprise lockout: we support you through the transition.

Q.05Is the Scale plan customizable?
