Which plans include CRM integrations?
CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho) are available on the Growth and Scale plans. E-signature integrations (DocuSign, Yousign, Dropbox Sign) are included in all plans.
How does the CRM integration work?
Pactolane imports your accounts and contacts from Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM. This data is used to automatically pre-fill your contracts. The import goes from the CRM into Pactolane.
Do you have API documentation?
Yes. Our REST API is fully documented with examples in Python, JavaScript and cURL. The MCP Server is also available for Scale plan users, with native integration into Claude and other AI tools.
Can I build a custom integration?
Yes, thanks to our REST API and webhooks. You can build custom workflows, notably with Zapier, Make or your internal infrastructure. Our technical support team will help you.
How long does importing CRM data take?
The initial import of your CRM accounts and contacts takes a few seconds. The data is then available to pre-fill your contracts immediately.
