Details
- External negotiation: the counterparty receives a secure link valid for 30 days, confirms their address with a one-time code and proposes changes without creating an account.
- Contract families: your teams link amendments, implementing contracts and renewals to their parent contract; PactAI analyzes the family and answers when asked.
- Clause library: a modified clause carries over to the templates that use it and to contracts as long as they are not finalized.
- Role of AI: PactAI prepares the analysis; the decision and substantive legal validation remain with your teams or your legal counsel.
